The services of Diva Virtual Assistants consist of providing administrative support, task management, schedule organization, and other delegable digital services, performed remotely by qualified assistants.
The specific scope of services is detailed in the individual agreement with each client and is subject to the limits of the contracted package. We reserve the right to reject requests that fall outside our ethical or legal scope of action.
2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
Client Obligations
The client agrees to provide clear instructions, accurate information necessary for task execution, and to comply with established payment deadlines.
- Provide access to the tools and platforms necessary for the work.
- Respect the assistant's working hours and digital disconnection policy.
- Communicate any changes in service requirements or scope with sufficient notice.

We commit to executing services with professionalism, diligence, and confidentiality, using appropriate resources and knowledge for each task.
3. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided in the current month. We will not be liable for indirect, consequential damages, or loss of profits arising from the use of our services.
The client is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to us and for the final decisions made based on our work. We recommend reviewing all material before its final publication or submission.
4. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
Materials created by us as part of the service (reports, basic designs, texts) will be the property of the client once the corresponding payment is completed.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the contractual relationship. This obligation will remain in effect even after the termination of the service.
5. Payments, Modifications, and Cancellation
Prices, billing cycles, and payment methods are specified in the service proposal. Payments for monthly services are non-refundable once the service has been provided during that period.
The client may modify or cancel their service package by notifying us in writing at least 7 calendar days before the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment.
6. Modification of Terms and Contact
These terms may be updated periodically. The current version will always be published on our website. Continued use of the services after a modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
